Bigger and better dUCk Store

The dUCk Group celebrates the opening of the newly relocated, bigger and better dUCk store at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, now located at Level 4. The 1,758 square foot store holds a unique interpretation of a playhouse concept, designed to evoke feelings of being indulged, being playful and having fun while experiencing a lifestyle, inspired by dUCk.

The store opening was also followed by a sneak peek and early-bird access to dUCk’s new collection, The Mosaic dUCk.

“This store truly holds a special place in our hearts as this was dUCk’s very first physical store! Six years flew by so quickly, yet this would not have been possible without the hard work from our team, and most importantly, our beloved dUCkies continuous support and encouragement. As we continue our journey of growth, we knew we always wanted to offer a game-changing experience for our customers – beyond a beautiful store, we simply wanted to do more. And, that inspired us to reimagine the retail experience we want to deliver for our customers, a larger-than-life modest fashion playground,” shared Vivy Yusof, Co-Founder of The dUCk Group.

With the relocation of the dUCk Pavilion Kuala Lumpur store, it was specially designed to create immersive, visually appealing experiences for its customers. This includes featuring the iconic dUCk’s scarf library, the Mighty UnderdUCk showcase, a fully bloomed purple Sakura tree, an elevated ready-to-wear section, phone booth-inspired fitting rooms and more.

Prioritizing customer accessibility above else, the dUCk Pavilion Kuala Lumpur store is piloting a new in-store feature to allow customers to reorder out-of-stocked items in-store, purchase at the counter, thereafter, opt for a later pickup date at the store or arrange for standard express delivery. This omnichannel integration saves the hassle of traveling and checking at the different dUCk stores just to grab their favorite items!  

Customers can now step into the store and begin their very own playhouse fun times with curated store features such as the whimsical pushcart cashiers and customized dUCk claw machine. To celebrate the special milestone, dUCk is offering its customers a chance to win dUCk merchandise at dUCk’s very own claw machine.

  • 29th June to 3rd July: Customers who spend RM300 will get one chance at the claw machine. Customers who spend RM500 and above will get two chances.
  • 4th July onwards:  Customers who spend RM300 will get one chance at the claw machine.

In addition, the Mosaic dUCk collection was launched and now available for purchase at dUCk’s website, mobile app and in all dUCk stores. The limited-edition scarf collection explores the timeless beauty of Islamic Architecture that is chic with a modern twist. The gorgeous tiled muqarnas that resemble mosaic decorations as illustrated in subtly pixelated geometry, exudes grace and beauty when draped and are perfect for any occasion – from formal to casual.
