The year 2023 finds us looking towards new horizons here at kate spade. It’s our 30th anniversary so we’re celebrating the things that make us uniquely us, and having new adventures, big and small. Our favorite adventures come when we least expect them. Like getting caught in the rain.
Looked at one way, it’s a mishap. Another, a moment of sky-opening escape. For Spring 2023, we are inspired by the simple adventure of getting caught in a sudden shower. The collection is filled with raindrops, clouds, flowers and umbrellas.
There are illuminating dragonflies, dogs ready to explore, and of course, spring stripes. There are bold bursts of our new signature kate spade green, alongside brilliant shades of pink, yellow and red.
We created hand-sketched toile prints of the New York City skyline and touches of a patchwork quilt. There are powerful florals, polka dots, and gingham, turned out in sequins. Our spring handbags are elevated and luxurious, with upgraded construction and materials, including tweed, chenille, spazzolato leather and denim.
